The Marginalization of the BlindArt Book/Publication/Web UI01/05/2023
This project is a series of works for the marginalised blind community to analyse and publicise the current situation of the community. I was inspired by the background that there are fewer and fewer blind people in China, but their numbers are increasing. This is a very serious social problem. It is difficult for us to help them, and they feel more and more powerless. This society has lost hope. I want to help this group in some way.

I want to devise some solutions to make people aware of this invisible group. Why are there fewer and fewer blind people, and how can we help them starting with employment? Integrating them into society is essential to solve these problems.

Interestingly, I designed a special media publication for the blind community, which is becoming increasingly marginalised in society. It was inspired by the fact that blind people experience the world through hearing, while normal people experience the world through seeing. Blind people can read the publication by stretching the notes on the tape, or they can put on headphones and listen to what the blind person has to say to help them identify the content of the publication. Combining the two results in the form of this publication.
